Anja Kossik is the CEO of the internationally oriented consulting enterprise Promise IBC. She is an experienced business consultant specialized in systemic organizational development. Before starting her work with leaders, managers, and teams especially in the SME sector, she was a successful entrepreneur in the medical field. In her academic career she focused on the impact of business ethics and social sustainability on mental health in the workplace environment. Since 2013 she is also an editor writing for various business journals on economic development, sustainability, and human-focused leadership.
